The Blue Pond in Biei was used as a wallpaper on the Mac at one stage so the locals tend to flock there but I didn’t find it anything special, still worth a visit if you’re driving around the area.  Loads of outdoor candid shots to be had with the family but there’s not one thing that in particular that you’d go to Tomamu, Furano or Hokkaido for to take photos.  I enjoyed my photos in Rusutsu in the winter much better than any of the photos I took in Tomamu or Furano in the summer.
